WHAT YOU'LL DO 


This role is responsible for ensuring that all global partners deliver our live learning programs with consistency, quality and full compliance. The coordinator will work closely with international partners, Director of Client Services and internal stakeholders to confirm that approved training are in place, faculty are properly qualified, and delivery standards are followed. The role also is responsible for the audit process of global delivery and acts as a key point of contact for identifying risks and driving corrective actions when needed. This is a hands-on coordination and oversight role that balances relationship management with quality control.

 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  


This position will work a hybrid schedule from our Gilbert, AZ office location preferred. Remote will be considered within the continental United States.

 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

 

Training plan oversight

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to develop and maintain training plans for new and existing faculty delivering NASM programs.
  • Support onboarding new partners and faculty from a training and compliance perspective.
  • Ensure all global partners have an approved training plan for delivery aligned with company standards.
  • Confirm that training plans are implemented as approved, including structure, learning hours, assessments and delivery format.  
  • Track training plans across regions and maintain clear documentation of approvals, and updates across regions.

Audit & Compliance

  • Conduct regular audits of international partners and review delivery practices to ensure alignment with compliance, contractual, and quality requirements.
  • Document audit findings, identify gaps and coordinate corrective actions with partners and internal teams.
  • Follow up to ensure corrective actions are completed withing agreed timelines.

Partner & Faculty Data Management

  • Create and maintain a centralized database covering all global partners, with clear visibility into faculty staff, training levels, approved training plans, delivery modes, and product translations requirements.
  • Ensure partner and faculty data is accurate up to date and consistently maintained across regions.
  • Track faculty approvals, training status, and delivery eligibility by program and regions.

Reporting & Continuous improvement

  • Maintain audit records, training plans, and compliance documentation.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on compliance status, risks, and trends.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvement to training plans, guidelines or audit process.

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Training & Development or Learning and Development, Quality Assurance preferred. High school diploma or GED required.
  • 5+ years of experience in training coordination, faculty support, quality assurance, or compliance related roles.
  • Work effectively with international and multicultural stakeholders, adapting communication and approach as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across regions and time zones.
  • Multilingual skills are highly desirable.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally as required.
