WHAT YOU'LL DO  

 

Laudio is hiring a part-time Summer intern. This internship offers hands-on experience supporting Client Engagement and Marketing Operations in a fast-paced, remote environment. The Client Engagement & Marketing Operations Intern will contribute to key initiatives such as maintaining learning resources, documenting processes, supporting research, and managing CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot. The role blends operational support with creative work, including content creation and social graphics, while providing exposure to cross-functional collaboration. Interns will participate in team meetings, provide regular project updates, and gain practical experience in organization, communication, and time management. 

 

WHERE YOU’LL WORK  

 

This position will have the flexibility to work remotely within the United States. Eastern time zone working hours required.

 

HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

 

  • Client Engagement Support: Assist with Laudio Leadership Lab (LMS) updates and Knowledge Base documentation.  
  • Process Documentation: Assist in outlining, organizing, and maintaining Client Engagement process documentation in Confluence. 
  • Research & Analysis: Assist with research projects that support team strategy and decision‑making. 
  • HubSpot Management: Data cleanup, contact management, and drip campaign support. 
  • Content Creation: Design social graphics, create templates, and draft marketing content. 

 

WHAT YOU'LL NEED 

 

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, with an interest in client engagement and marketing operations preferred. 
  • Strong organizational and written communication skills, with the ability to document processes, manage data, and balance multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn tools such as HubSpot, Confluence, and LMS platforms, along with basic design or content creation skills (e.g., Canva, social graphics).
